Rich Paul, who has become one of the most prominent agents in the NBA is reportedly in talks with agent Damarius Bilbo, who represents his fair share of star-power in the NFL, to lead a new football division with Klutch Sports Group, according to ESPN’s NFL insider Adam Schefter.
Rich Paul’s ’Klutch Sports’ is one the top agencies in professional sports and represents high-profile NBA athletes like Los Angeles Lakers LeBron James, Golden State Warriors Draymond Green, Washington Wizards John Wall, and Philadelphia 76ers Ben Simmons, to name a few. All of the NBA players stated have locked in lucrative multi-year contracts.
Like Paul, Damarius Bilbo has represented huge NFL stars like Chargers running back Melvin Gordon, Browns wide receiver Jarvis Landry and Miami Dolphins cornerback Xavien Howard, among many others. In fact, the Mississippi native played college football at Georgia Tech as a quarterback and wide receiver but has since taken his talents to the business side of football.
Both Paul and Bilbo are taking over the sports world, and if rumors of a new NFL division are true, it will be an exciting business venture to follow.
