Officer Found Not Guilty In Shooting Death of Philando Castile

Jeronimo Yanez, the Minnesota police officer responsible for shooting 32-year-old #PhilandoCastile in July 2016, has been found not guilty second-degree manslaughter by a jury.

The decision was made after 27 hours of deliberation.

Yanez was also charged with two counts of reckless discharge of a firearm. He was also found not guilty on those charges.

  1. Police got to much power. It’s like they invincible. I remember a policeman got mad at me because I didn’t have any felonies. Police just evil, you ever notice when they shoot somebody they never call an ambulance they just hand-cuff you and let you bleed out, they want you to die because then you can’t testify. This cop really thought he was gon’ shoot him while he was with his family, you gotta be a scary muthaphucka to even be thinking that sh!t.
