The moment that we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived. Last night, as Rihanna released her highly anticipated line of Fenty Beauty Products, she kicked off the evening by hosting an exclusive New York Fashion Week event to debut her new line.
The new cosmetic line features an array of highlighters, 40 foundation shades, a variety of brushes, a lip gloss, blotting papers and more. She told reporters, “I wanted a color that looked good on all skin tones.. it’s really important for me in every product. There are so many different shades and undertones. You just never know, you want people to appreciate the product and not feel like ‘it only looks cute on her.'”
Following her launch event, the “bad gal” hit up the Sephora in Times Square to celebrate her products officially hitting the shelves at midnight. She even put in work behind the cash register and rang up her fans. “This is my very first Fenty Beauty customer, this is the very first purchase of life,” Rih told Sephora employees and customers.
