Stevie J Off The Hook For Jail Time But Still Required To Pay $1.3 Million In Back Child Support

They were trying to give Stevie J up to six months of jail time for pleading guilty to owing over a million dollars in back pay child support. ⠀

According to TMZ, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of NY reported on Friday that the ”Love & Hip Hop” reality star will not be serving any prison time, but still has to pay the debt.

On top of not getting any prison time, TMZ also reports that the judge took Stevie off of supervised release. He has to work with the federal Financial Litigation Unit to fork over the $1.3 million he owes in back child support.
