In case you missed it, the host dedicated this week’s show to Nipsey Hussle, who was gunned down in his own hood in front of his own clothing store on Sunday.
In fact, instead of following the original show format, Burns shifted the attention to the young legend and spoke on his many contributions to the hood, in which he grew up.
However, Hussle’s contribution didn’t end there; he often spoke on progression and highlighted the importance of generational and community wealth, in an attempt to push the culture forward. As the episode continued, the hosts reflected on Hussle’s life and message.
