Tina Knowles-Lawson Shares Tips For Aspiring Artists and Talks New Music From Beyoncé

Just months after Beyoncé blessed the Beyhive with a new live album, a new summer anthem, a Netflix special and her revamped clothing line, the Queen may be gearing up to snatch our edges, once again. 

In a recent interview with Baller Alert, Bey’s mother, Ms. Tina Knowles-Lawson, opened up about the possibility, saying, “I’m sure, I hope so. I pray.” However, she made sure to clarify that she has no real idea about her daughter’s super secret music releases. 

Elsewhere, Ms. Lawson shared a few pointers for those interested in pursuing a music career. “Just be persistent, perform everywhere they allow you to. Just get all that experience under your belt and just stay focused on the dream.”

As she continued, she also revealed the craziest place someone has slipped her a CD or demo tape. “At the hospital, after surgery.”
