LeSean McCoy’s Baby Mama Files Docs in Delicia Cordon’s Case Against Him, Says He Used Their Kid As a Pawn To Cover Up His Role In Home Invasion

Back in July, Delicia Cordon, ex-girlfriend of Buffalo Bills star LeSean McCoy, accused him of orchestrating a home invasion that left her bloody and beaten in his Georgia home. 

One month later, Cordon filed a lawsuit against McCoy and his former University of Pittsburgh teammate, Tamarcus Porter, for damages. In the suit obtained by ESPN, Cordon detailed their dispute, which erupted over their break up and Cordon’s living arrangement, and accused him of organizing the plan to get her out of the home, by any means necessary.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Since then, the two have gone back and forth, legally, hurling accusations of abuse, theft and more. But now, according to TMZ, a third party has filed docs in the case, as part of Cordon’s defense. 

In the new docs filed on Tuesday by McCoy’s baby mama, Stephanie Maisonet, she claims the day before the brutal beating and home invasion, she heard McCoy on the phone, saying, “I need to get this bitch out of my house.” 

Then after the attack, Maisonet said he reached out to her, which he doesn’t do often, and offered her a deal if she were to publicly defend his character in light of Cordon’s accusations. 

In the deal, according to the baby mama, McCoy offered to roll over in their custody case over their 6-year-old son, and let her enroll him in school in Miami. As a result, she said she allowed McCoy’s friend make the positive posts on his behalf. But now, she says she wants to take it all back, as she believes he has abused their son on several occasions. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

“I regret ever agreeing to help LeSean McCoy in this case…I fell like I am sending our son to a monster every two weeks.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

In addition to the filing, Maisonet also took to Instagram to spill more tea, and condemn McCoy over his parenting of their son. However, McCoy has since fired back, denying all Maisonet’s allegations. He also shared a few videos of positive interaction wit his son.
