New Brett Kavanaugh Accuser Says She Witnessed Kavanaugh Participate In “Gang Rape”

Julie Swetnick is the new witness in the Brett Kavanaugh sexual misconduct case who says she saw Kavanaugh participate in a “gang rape.”

On Wednesday, attorney Michael Avenatti named Julie Swetnick as his newest client who has made allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Swetnick claims she witnessed Mark Judge and Swetnick get teen girls “inebriated and disoriented so they could then be ‘gang-raped’ in a side room or bedroom by a ‘train’ of numerous boys.”

In a statement, Swetnick wrote, “I have a firm recollection of seeing boys lined up outside rooms at many of these parties waiting for their ‘turn’ with a girl inside the room. These boys included Mark Judge and Brett Kavanaugh.” Swetnick also said she became one of the women subjected to “one of these ‘gang’ or ‘train’ rapes.” However, she did not say she was sexually assaulted by Kavanaugh.

Swetnick’s account comes after two women, Christine Blasey Ford and Deborah Ramirez, accused Kavanaugh of similar allegations. Ford said Kavanaugh held her down as he tried to remove her clothes when they were both in high school in the 1980s. Ramirez says Kavanaugh exposed himself to her during their freshman year at Yale. On Thursday, both women will testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Avenatti has called for an investigation into the allegations. On Twitter, the lawyer said, “Under no circumstances should Brett Kavanaugh be confirmed absent a full and complete investigation
