On Thursday, Gloria Govan secured a small win in her custody battle with Matt Barnes, over their twin boys.
Govan petitioned for primary custody amid an investigation into her felony child endangerment charge after she allegedly ran her SUV through a crowded school parking lot.
The incident resulted in her arrest and a restraining order filed by Barnes, who also received primary custody, as one of their twins, both of whom were present in the incident, was injured when his arm got caught in the door.
Govan was granted one four-hour, monitored visit a week, but recently asked a judge to give back primary custody, with Barnes getting visitation instead.
In Thursday’s hearing, Govan said she has had glowing reviews in her recent visitations, claiming she “maintained a safe environment for the twins at all times, especially while they were in the pool.
In turn, the judge upped Govan’s visitation to two five-hour visits each week, granting the reality star a small win in the case.
