The Baller Alert Show – Episode 43 Recap 

The Baller Alert Show, featuring your lifestyle specialist Kenny Burns, with Ferrari Simmons and Su Solo, kicked off its 43rd episode with a recap of the hottest topics and current events from the previous week. 

In case you missed it, the hosts kicked off the episode to discuss Cardi B, and everything from her actions to her return to the music scene after the birth of her baby girl, Kulture. 

Although Su expressed concern about how Cardi’s “ratchet” behavior could one day negatively affect her career, Burns sided with the Bronx-bred Queen, saying, “Cardi could do no wrong.” 

From the incident in the strip club to her altercation with Nicki Minaj, Burns believed Cardi’s actions were warranted, “Protect your family at all costs.” What are your thoughts? 

As the episode continued, the hosts dished on Lil Wayne’s highly anticipated album, “Carter V.” Though Simmons believed it wasn’t the rapper’s best, Solo believed it was a well-rounded body of work that gave both new and classic Weezy. Then the three transitioned to the longstanding comedy beef between Katt Williams and Kevin Hart.

Despite the legendary celebrity status between the two, Burns said the two should just settle their beef with an old-fashioned fight for charity. 

Next, Burns opened up about the current state of the country, and expressed his feelings about the racial tensions spread throughout the country. He then divulged about Kanye West’s recent antics. 

At first, Burns tried to give the “Jesus Walks” rapper the benefit of doubt. Despite his controversial statements, Burns believed the rapper had an agenda to turn negatives into positives, using his celebrity to facilitate the change. But, after time passed, Burns realized West’s rhetoric is more damaging. 

“Kanye West you are not helping,” he said, as he continued his criticisms of West and his decision to wear the MAGA hat. “You sure are a f*cking clown.”

In the next segment, Simmons opened the discussion about women proposing to men. Ladies, would you propose to your significant other? 

Though the hosts touched on West’s actions once more before the episode wrapped, Burns ended with a word of wisdom from Kenfucious. 

“Pay attention to the signs.”
