Fabolous Indicted on Four Felony Charges In Connection to Domestic Violence Incident With Emily B

Back in March, Fabolous was accused of attacking his longtime girlfriend, Emily B, – knocking her teeth out- weeks before a verbal dispute erupted in the driveway of their New Jersey home. 

In the second incident, which was caught on video and shared to TMZ, Fabulous is seen brandishing a pair of scissors as he hollered and hurled profanities and threats at Emily and her father outside their home in Englewood. 

Since then though, things have cooled down between the two, in fact, based on cryptic captions on their recent posts, fans are pretty much convinced they’ve finally jumped the broom after over a decade and two children. 

But, despite their reconciliation, the rapper still may have to face the music in his assault case, as he was recently indicted on four felony charges in connection to the incident with his lady. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

According to TMZ, a grand jury indicted Fab on 1 count of domestic violence with significant bodily injury, two counts of threatening to kill and one count of possession of a weapon for the scissors. Each charge can bring up to 5 years in prison, the publication reports.
