Although Tamar Braxton is living her best life with her new man, she’s still legally bound to her estranged husband, Vince Herbert, and since he has failed to respond to her filing, she’s hoping a judge will sign off on their divorce as soon as possible.
In new documents obtained by the Blast, the youngest of the Braxton crew has asked a judge to grant her a default judgment in her divorce, since her ex has refused to respond to her petition.
Vince was served back in September after Braxton was warned that the entire case would be tossed if she hadn’t made a move. But, after she finally served him on the 6th, the music man was given 30 days to respond in court.
When Vince failed to show up or file new docs before his deadline, Braxton filed a new motion for a default judgment to end their marriage, once and for all. This way, a judge could determine the child and spousal support payments without all the legal back and forth, and their properties would be split down the middle.
