Damon Dash, better known as Roc-A-Fella Records co-founder #DameDash, has been slapped with a temporary restraining order over an incident where he allegedly threatened a woman’s life in front of her customers in her hair salon.
In court documents obtained by The Blast, filed by salon owner Patrice Miner, Dash has been ordered to stay 30 yards away from her and her store after she claimed he came in and caused a ruckus on two separate occasions.
According to Miner, in the first incident, Dash, who she claimed to be an “investor and customer,” came into the store, “walked up to me and threaten my life,” just before he tossed a customer out of the shop for telling her she was “so lucky” there were witnesses. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
In another incident, Miner said Dash “yelled and screamed and called me an idiot in front of guests and customers.”
As part of her legal docs, she also noted that she did not give Dash notice before filing because she “was afraid that the voice would reoccur when I gave notice I was asking for these orders.”
As a result, the woman was granted the temporary restraining order but will have to show up in court later this month to make it permanent.
