Donald Glover’s swag has gained him the title as “best-dressed man of 2019.”
On Monday, British GQ magazine released its picks for best-dressed man, and Glover (Childish Gambino) is No. 1.
“Donald Glover is a new-wave renaissance man – and his style is superbly ‘wavey’ too, providing all the Seventies-inspired vibes a modern man needs in his wardrobe right now,” said the magazine. The magazine went on to say that Glover’s unique color combinations, tuxedos, silk shirts, and V-neck tops needed to be highlighted.
Others in the top 10 were Travis Scott, John Legend, Skepta and Harry Styles. In regards to Skepta’s style the magazine said he “keeps his streetwear interesting by going for neon or big prints up top”; Styles “shows guys that they can play with tailoring, pattern, and cut”; Legend has “a penchant for suits just on the right side of jazzy” and Scott is “a poster boy for that high fashion and street-brand remix vibe.”⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
