The Baller Alert Show – Episode 52 Recap

The Baller Alert Show, featuring your lifestyle specialist Kenny Burns, with Ferrari Simmons and Su Solo, kicked off its 52nd episode with a recap of the hottest topics and current events from the previous week.

In case you missed it, the hosts discussed Meek Mill’s incredible album, “Championships,” which featured appearances by Future, Rick Ross and the GOAT, Jay-Z. In fact, on the track, “What’s Free,” featuring Rick Ross and Jay-Z, Ross fired shots off at 6ix9ine, while Hov rapped about systematic oppression, black excellence and more in his 44 bar freestyle.

As the hosts continued, Burns opened up about Meek’s decision to speak out about prison reform amid his longstanding battle against the system  and commended the rapper for taking a stand for those who can’t speak for themselves.

From there, the hosts congratulated Travis Scott on his number one album, as well as his number one single, “Sicko Mode.” However, days after news surfaced of Scott’s top album, Billboard announced that 6ix9ine secured the top spot with his album, “Dummy Boy.” But, nevertheless, Scott held on to the number one spot for his hit single with Drake.

Next, Rari shared this week’s Baller Mail, which focused on the Social Media era, are you too old to remember life before social media?

After that, Su Solo read this week’s comment creepin, featuring “Love and Hip-Hop” stars, Alexis Sky, Fetty Wap and Solo Lucci, over the paternity of Alexis’ daughter, Alaiya. Whew, Chillay.

Just before the episode wrapped, Burns shared a few words of wisdom in Kenfucious says, saying, “Life is a vibe you create, don’t let that go over your head.”
