Ciara says she’s tired of going back and forth with her baby daddy, Future, over a new travel schedule for their son, so she’s asking a judge to set in to settle the issue once and for all.
In new legal documents obtained by TMZ, Ciara’s legal team is asking a judge to force Future into mediation to create a new travel schedule for Baby Future, as the constant back and forth has been weighing on him.
If you recall, the “Level Up” singer accused Future of breaking scheduled visits and shipping his son off to his mother’s or grandmother’s house instead of spending time with him. So, she demanded a set schedule to create some stability for their son.
But now, since the two have yet to come up with a plan, Ciara is taking the matter to mediation. But, if a judge won’t force Future to sit down for mediation, she says will have to take the matter to court – for their son’s sake.
