Kanye West just gifted his wife with a $14 million Christmas present, complete with sunshine, clear skies, and beaches.
According to TMZ, the Chicago-bred rapper made a deal to buy an exclusive Miami Beach condo, called “Billionaire Beach Bunker.” While the 18-story building is occupied by white-collar billionaires and rich land developers, the 4,700 square foot unit is also complete with four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, and a huge terrace.
Not only is the building located on the beach, but it’s also the legendary set location of Kim’s spinoff show, “Kourtney & Kim Take Miami.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Apparently, Kanye secretly made the offer this month, and surprised Kim with the sweet deal on Christmas. Though the unit was originally listed at $15.5 million, he managed to secure it for $14 million, set to be closed next month.
