The holiday season is officially over, but it appears Blac Chyna is still in the spirit of giving, as she has agreed to cover the cost of items allegedly destroyed in an alleged 2016 fit of rage.
In documents obtained by The Blast, Rob filed a lawsuit against his ex-fiancee and baby mama over the December 14, 2016 incident, in which he claims she “consumed a significant amount of drugs and alcohol” and ransacked his home. Rob claimed Chyna destroyed his television, a door, his cell phone and smashed a gingerbread house he made for the holidays and demanded she cover the cost for the damage.
Now, in response, Chyna has agreed to cover the cost of some of the damages, but according to The Blast, she has refused to cough up the cash the wrecked gingerbread house.
“Chyna will present evidence that the damaged gingerbread house was a gift to her from Kris Jenner and that Rob Consented to the damage done to his t-shirt,” the documents state. “Regarding the television set, Chyna has informed them..that she will reimburse ROb for the cost to replace the television.”
In addition to the television cost, the entrepreneur has agreed to “generously value ROb’s t-shirt at $250,” bringing her total to $4,992.01.
But when it comes to the injuries Rob claimed he sustained in the 2016 incident, Chyna said a “selfie video of Rob that he posted on Snapchat within one to two days shows no marks, cuts, or bruises on his face. Without injury, Rob cannot claim general damages for pain and suffering.” She’s also refused to cover any medical expenses or loss of earnings because she said Rob has none.
The case is ongoing.
