Chris Brown Cleared Of $10k Lawsuit From Former Costume Designer

Among the long list of legal battles Chris Brown has had to deal with, the R&B superstar was being sued by his former costume designer over an  alleged $10K debt from last year’s  ‘Heartbreak On A Full Moon’ Tour. But now, he’s in the clear as the judge dismissed the case entirely.

A court hearing was supposed to be held on Thursday in Los Angeles for the lawsuit involving Chris Brown and his former costume designer, however neither party showed up so the judge had no choice but to dismiss. Brown was victorious in the matter by default.

According to The Blast, Breezy was initially sued last month by Perry L. White, a costume designer who styled Brown during his tour. White claimed he never received any payments from Brown and that he was owed $10K for the clothes he provided. “[Brown] has not paid me for wardrobe/clothing that I designed plus made for his tour,” White claimed in court adding that, he had “contracts and receipts” to back up his claim.

But now, the case has been dismissed and Brown is officially in the clear.
