A Connecticut man has been captured after police stated he intruded into the home of a woman, who woke up to discover a naked unknown person on top of her.
The Connecticut Post claims 35-year-old Hiram Heredia was confined on $300,000 bail after being indicted Friday with home invasion and sexual assault.
The Bridgeport woman informed police she woke up on a late night to discover a man on top of her. She stated she shouted and woke up her husband, who was asleep in a bed near her, and he pursued the naked trespasser out of the house and down the street before losing him.
The woman then found that her private area was covered in baby shampoo, police stated.
When officers appeared at the home they discovered a wallet including Heredia’s Connecticut identification card and his Social Security card. It was unclear if Heredia had a lawyer who could comment on the accusations.
