Give Netflix a rest for a little while and check out these reality shows (if you’re into that, of course) for 2019. New year, new tv drama!
‘The Masked Singer’ is a singing competition show hosted by Nick Cannon and is based on South Korea’s ‘The King of Mask Singer’ where elaborate, yet kind of scary costumes are used to “hide” the identities of its competitors…who are all celebrities. The judging panel consists of Jenny McCarthy, Ken Jeong, Nicole Scherzinger and Robin Thicke. A pretty fun twist on the typical performance competition shows.

‘Black Ink Chicago’ is still going strong and still bringing lots of entertaining moments. This season, Ryan returns to his throne and attempts to rebuild the #9MAG team after last year’s ugly split. But, can the original crew get along with Ryan’s new artists? It all unfolds on Season 5.⠀⠀⠀⠀
‘Love After Lock Up’ follows couples who meet their significant other for the first time when their released from jail and jump straight into dating, meeting the family and experiencing other first-time moments together. ‘Cartel Crew’ could be considered similar to “Mob Wives,” in the context that both shows revolve around families who were famously and notoriously involved in drug or crime organizations back in the day. The lead of the show is the ’Cocaine Godmother’ Griselda Blanco’s Son, Michael Blanco, in addition to other cast mates with family ties to some other notable OG’s.
