Rich The Kid is facing a lawsuit over a Valentine’s Day social media post, according to TMZ.
Court documents obtained by TMZ say attorney Maro represents the rapper’s former landlord and had been calling Rich repeatedly to collect unpaid rent. In the filing, Maro claims Rich gave her the runaround when she tried to collect.
According to the suit, Rich then posted a tweet that read “Valentines calls me” along with her personal cell phone number. Maro says hundreds of fans called and texted her, believing they were reaching the rapper.
She also says Rich moved out in January and still owed late rent and damages from the previous summer. TMZ reported that no one from Rich’s team had responded to the allegations.
