Back in 1992, Birdman and his older brother, Slim, founded their very own record label, Cash Money, with hopes to get them out of the projects and “into a positive way of life.” Now, almost 30 years later, the two did just that, with 130 million album sales and a gross revenue of $1.8 million, all thanks to its star-studded roster, including, Young Money’s own, Lil Wayne, Nicki Minaj, and Drake, according to Forbes.

But with only Minaj left under contract, as Drake makes his way out behind Lil Wayne’s push for release, the two have decided to go back to the drawing board. Not only have the brothers joined forces with Wack 100 for a new West Coast label, called, Cash Money West, but the #1 Stunna has also returned to the studio for a joint project with Juvenile.

Although details are scarce, Birdman, Slim and Juvenile spilled a little tea about the forthcoming collaboration.

“Original Cash Money shit,” Birdman told Baller Alert of what we can expect from the project, adding that the group will “definitely [be] going on tour.”

“We got an album coming out Friday,” Juvenile said, as he offered advice to his fellow veteran rappers. “Stay grounded with your family, keep up with the Joneses. Don’t be out there making enemies.”
