According to TMZ, NBA Youngboy has been officially charged in his Georgia case from February with two misdemeanors: possession of less than an ounce of marijuana and disorderly conduct. Even though the charges are misdemeanors, they could affect his separate criminal case.
The rapper was arrested in February along with a female companion after an alleged altercation with hotel housekeeping staff. Police said the woman allegedly hit one of the housekeepers before officers arrived, and both were taken into custody.
The new charges come as Youngboy is already dealing with a felony case in Louisiana. He was indicted in March 2018 on allegations that he beat his girlfriend and held her against her will, and he has been out on bond since. Those are allegations, and he is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
TMZ reports that Youngboy has a status conference in front of a judge in the kidnapping case next week.
