A music producer is accusing French Montana of jacking a beat and using it for his 2013 hit single “Ain’t Worried About Nothin.”

According to TMZ, Eddie Lee Richardson- known professionally as Hotwire the Producer, made claims in filed legal documents that Montana used his instrumental version of a song called “*Hood*Pushin Weight” that was taken from Richardson’s SoundClick page.

French’s song “Ain’t Worried About Nothin” was a smash hit single in 2013 and the remix version featured Rick Ross, Snoop Dogg and Diddy.

In his lawsuit, Richardson claims that his song featured a “unique and artistic array of digital sounds and rhythms” and was also tagged to prevent people from stealing his work. The producer believes that French’s track duplicated key elements of his work and added French’s vocals on top of his original beat.

Richard is suing for $5 Million.
