Yeezy model and 1/2 of the Clermont Twins, Shannade Clermont, has been sentenced to one year in prison and three years of supervised release after pleading guilty to one count of fraud. Clermont is expected to check in to prison no later than June 4th.
The model was previously facing 20 years for attempting to make $20,000 in purchases on a deceased man’s credit card, who died of an overdose after hiring her as a prostitute. Clermont ended up being indicted for three felonies: wire fraud, access device fraud and identity theft.
After her one year prison bid, Clermont will then have to participate in an outpatient treatment program, which may include drug and alcohol testing. She will also have to complete an outpatient mental health treatment program and take any prescribed medications, unless otherwise instructed.
According to The Blast, Clermont had to agree to have her property searched at any time with or without a warrant, not opening any new lines of credit and pay $4,696 in restitution.
