Sources say J-Boog is the real reason Raz-B opted to step down from the Millennium Tour.
Just as things seemed to be going well for the revived R&B group B2K, things suddenly shifted after Raz-B opted out of the tour midway through. On Friday, the music group’s official social media page released a statement announcing Raz would no longer join B2K on tour. “To Our Fans, Raz B has made the brave decision to take some time off to focus on his health and well-being, and will not be performing at the Florida dates of The Millennium Tour,” the statement read. It then went on to wish their “brother” Raz B well on his journey to better health. “We send our love and full support to our brother as he embarks on this self-care journey. We love you all and can’t wait to see you in Jacksonville! Love, B2K.”
The news came right after Raz-B was arrested last week following an alleged domestic assault in Minnesota. No information has confirmed Raz’s actual reason for leaving; however, a report from Bossip says the issue may lie between Raz and his co-member, Boog. Bossip reports a source recently revealed the two have not been on the best of terms.
“One of his fellow members has been trolling Raz B, who suffers from extreme PTSD,” the source told Bossip. Bossip also reported that the source claims Boog has been provoking Raz. At the B2K “Meet and Greet” in Houston, Boog was photographed wearing a T-shirt that reads, “I don’t feel safe.” However, there are no reports that confirm Boog’s shirt was an intentional slight towards Raz. Regardless, the phrase is a word-for-word quote from a now-deleted Instagram post, where Raz B said he felt unsafe from concerns that #ChrisStokes was following the singers on tour. “I don’t feel safe because I feel like Chris Stokes is around,” he revealed to fans.
Raz’s alleged fear of Stokes comes after years of Raz accusing Stokes of child molestation and rape. Stokes is the group’s former manager and Raz’s older cousin. Stokes has denied all accusations against him.
