Stevie J is asking a judge to award him full custody of his three-year-old daughter with reality star Joseline Hernandez.
According to @bossipofficial, the father of six filed court paperwork last week claiming that the “Puerto Rican Princess” has been purposely keeping him out of Bonnie Bella’s life.
Stevie J believes that Hernandez failed to maintain their initial paternity agreement by moving to Miami and not allowing him to see or speak to their child. In fact, Jordan said that he doesn’t even know the child’s address as Hernandez refuses to communicate with him about Bonnie Bella’s at all.
In addition, Stevie J fears for his daughter’s safety with Hernandez and proposed putting a court-approved “guardian ad litem” in place to protect and represent Bonnie Bella when he isn’t present.
In the court documents, Jordan says that he is in a better position to provide for his daughter. He believes he is more financially and mentally stable to care for her, and his home with his adult children and new wife Faith Evans is a safer environment for the child’s development.
Last year, the two ended a previous custody battle in which Stevie was granted weekend visitation and a say in things such as overall upbringing, religion, school, and healthcare. Stevie feels that because of Hernandez, his relationship with Bonnie Bella has suffered.
A judge hasn’t made a decision in regards to Stevie J’s request for custody, but if it is approved, he wants Hernandez to pay him child support.
