Wendy Williams’ new man is already tired of people assuming that he’s a gold digger.
According to TMZ, sources close to Marc Tomblin say he’s been getting flak over his new relationship with Wendy because people think he’s just using her for the money and fame. But, apparently, he doesn’t care at all about fame and he says he can take care of himself.
In fact, sources told TMZ that Tomblin is not the type of guy who’d sit back and let a woman take care of him financially, and he hasn’t asked Wendy for a dime. But for anyone that has had something to say about Williams or their relationship, sources said Tomblin’s block game is strong.
In the meantime, Wendy is keeping things casual, as she’s been careful not to label Tomblin as her “boyfriend.” In fact, sources say she’s been telling friends that she’s just “having fun” enjoying her three-week break from her show, spending time with her new buddy.
