Billions of dollars have already been agreed upon amid the start of the NBA’s 2019 free agency window, with the final figure topping more than $3 billion within the first eight hours.

Amid the news of what is reportedly the most stacked free agency class in recent history, NBA insider Matt Elentuck shared a chart that showed just how much money was going around in the first few hours of the free agency window. His caption read, “By my count, 48 NBA contracts were agreed to in the first 8 hours of free agency. They’re worth more than $3.175 billion.”

According to Clutch Points, the Brooklyn Nets cut the biggest check on Day 1 giving $345 million worth of contracts to #KevinDurant, #KyrieIrving, and #DeAndreJordan. The Milwaukee Bucks secured $269 million in contracts between George Hill, Brook Lopez, and Khris Middleton, while also agreeing to terms with Robin Lopez.

The publication reports other big-money deals included Jimmy Butler and the Miami Heat ($141 million), Tobias Harris and Al Horford with the Philadelphia 76ers ($289 million combined) and Jamal Murray and the Denver Nuggets ($170 million), in addition to Kristaps Porzingis and the Dallas Mavericks ($158 million), Kemba Walker and the Boston Celtics ($141 million), Nikola Vucevic and the Orlando Magic ($100 million), and Klay Thompson and D’Angelo Russell with the Golden State Warriors ($317 million combined), and more.

Who are you most excited to see suit up in the 2019-20 season?
