Conor McGregor unleashed some of his mixed martial arts experience on an elderly man in an Irish bar over shots of his whiskey, Proper Twelve, and the whole incident was caught on surveillance.
According to TMZ Sports, the altercation took place at The Marble Arch Pub in Dublin on April 6. Conor walked into the bar and lined up cups for shots of his whiskey for patrons, but one guy opted out and moved the cup that was placed in front of him. Conor placed a cup in front of him again, but the man still refused.
Unclear if words were exchanged between the two, Conor took a shot with the other drinkers, then unexpectedly threw a punch at the man, hitting him in the face. Two people immediately grabbed McGregor and pulled him out of the bar, as seen in the video surveillance.
Police were called to the bar and allegedly began an investigation but it’s unclear if it’s still active. There are no reports of Conor was ever charged, although police have reportedly seen the video.
The video is the latest evidence of McGregor losing his temper, lashing out and harming others. He faced felony charges in New York last year after smashing a bus window with a dolly, injuring several UFC fighters onboard.
Earlier this year, Conor slapped a fan’s phone out of his hand in Miami. He was arrested for robbery and criminal mischief, but the charges were eventually dropped, and he settled a civil suit with the victim.
