Tekashi69 admitted to years of domestic violence in his Tuesday pre-trial hearing.
Earlier this year, Tekashi69 pleaded guilty to nine federal counts in a racketeering case. During his last pre-trial at Thurgood Marshall Courthouse, the 23-year-old admitted to a number of crimes he committed, which he will not be prosecuted for as a part of his plea deal. Judge Paul Engelmayer explained that the performer admitted to several crimes, including “domestic violence from 2011 to November 2018.” The admittance was shown Tekashi’s cooperation agreement. The accusations of domestic violence will be permitted to be brought up when he testifies.
Tekashi’s trial is scheduled for next Tuesday, where he is expected to take the stand. TMZ has obtained Tekashi’s testimony, which reveals how the Bronx native will point out the members of his Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods gang. The U.S. Attorney in Manhattan sent a letter to the judge in the case, outlining their strategy, which includes Tekashi’s key testimony, as well as the code to his cell phone.
Tekashi is also expected to provide details of all the crimes he committed, including the July 2018 robbery and kidnapping of Tekashi himself. In addition, he will identify the aliases of his gang members used in texts, social media posts, DMs, and other forms of communication. Authorities will use the information to confirm the messages were sent from various defendants.
According to the letter, Tekashi will include himself and other gang members that were involved in the plot to harm #Casanova. He will also testify that Nine Trey member #SEQO sent out a message that if any other gang members say Tekashi they were to “fire on him.”
The letter also details on Tekashi’s role as the moneymaker in the game. Tekashi was reportedly assigned to make money for the gang and distribute the funds to its members. Initially, Tekashi faced 47 years in prison, but there is a possibility that he only receives a low number of years if he cooperates fully.
