J. Prince Says Tekashi69 Is A “Rat,” Says Performer Is Lying About The Details Of How Attempted Rap-A-Lot Robbery Happened

Rap-A-Lot founder J. Prince says Tekashi 6ix9ine is a “rat” after the performer testified that his Trey Nine Gang robbed him.

Daniel Hernandez, better known by his stage name Tekashi, took the stand this week and revealed the details of how his relationship with affiliates from Rap-A-Lot Records eventually became toxic. Hernandez explained how he was banned from performing at WorldStarHipHop’s SXSW showcase in 2018 after Rap-A-Lot employees said 6ix9ine did not “check-in,” and therefore could not perform. Hernandez claimed he and his associates tried to rob Rap-A-Lot employees Scumlord Dizzy and Junya Boy in April 2018. ”They tried to embarrass us, so now we’re gonna rob them,” he said of the incident.

But, J. Prince says it didn’t happen. The exec took to Instagram and denied Hernandez’s story. “I told y’all about this clown #takashi69 that if he keeps campaigning with dumb shit that he was gonna get elected,” Prince wrote in a lengthy Instagram post. “Election Day has come, and now I’m hearing lies he’s telling under oath about robbing me or representatives of #Rapalot Let me just make myself clear, if him or any of those clowns were to try to rob me or anyone from the #Rapalot family bad news would’ve beat them home.”

Prince says the Brooklyn native was not able to attend the show because his son and entourage didn’t want him there. “There was never a question mark in my mind that this kid #takashi69 was rat material that’s why my sons didn’t allow him to come into their party,” he continued. “It was never about a rat checking in with us.”
