The lawsuits are stacking up against Grammy Award-winning artist Future, as another woman is claiming that he is the father of her baby boy.
According to TMZ, Cindy Renae Parker has filed legal docs in Nueces County, Texas, claiming that Future is indeed the father of her 3-month-old son, Legend Ary Wilburn. Reports say that Cindy claims she’s made several attempts to serve the rapper with papers, but he’s apparently hard to track down.
Parker reportedly wanted to settle the matter privately and didn’t want to involve the court, but allegedly claims the rapper ghosted her. TMZ reports that Parker got a judge’s permission to serve Future’s lawyer in his home state of Georgia instead.
However, in the wake of the new allegations, the rapper’s Freebandz label shared a statement with Baller Alert, saying, ”We live in a world where people believe any headline or social media post without proof. It’s irresponsible, and we should focus on the positive, like how much Future gives back to the community and adores his family and fans. at this time, we can not confirm this story.”
As Baller Alert reported back in August, the ‘Mask Off’ rapper is also currently at odds with Eliza Seraphin, a Florida woman who claims she gave birth to his 7th child. She filed legal docs in Broward county, alleging that Future is the father of her now 6-month-old daughter.
Seraphin launched a paternity investigation against the rapper, who just last week asked a judge to dismissed the case, as the rapper accused her of, “Fraud upon the court.”
Despite the accusations made against him, Future is giving back to the community in a big way, along with his FreeWishes foundation. The rapper will be hosting the ‘8th Annual Golden Wishes Gala’, which will celebrate Atlanta’s senior citizens.
The event will offer a fine dining experience, dancing with a live band and DJ, alongside active leaders and influencers from Atlanta. Future, who’s no stranger to giving back, says, “Helping others is the most fulfilling thing you can do.”
