Ask and you shall receive. Rick Ross had his day in Fayette County court this morning after previously being denied bail for kidnapping and pistol whipping his groundskeeper in early June. His attorneys asked that bail be set at $2 million, and his request was granted, but not without strict stipulations. If Rick Ross violates probation, he will be forced to forfeit the $5 million Fayetteville mansion he purchased from Evander Holyfield.
The incident that landed Ross behind bars for the second time in a month allegedly happened prior to Ross’ marijuana arrest on June 10th. According to prosecutors, Rick Ross and his bodyguard assaulted two workers after they threw a party at Ross’ home without his knowledge. Rick Ross was charged with aggravated assault, aggravated battery and kidnapping. His bodyguard was charged with aggravated battery and kidnapping. One of the victims claimed he sustained injuries to his jaw and neck, chipped two teeth and that the injuries were so bad he’s been forced to eat from a straw.
