The mother of boxer Gervonta Davis’ daughter has reportedly asked a court for $10,000 a month in child support.
According to Bossip, Andretta filed court documents this week making the request. Bossip reports that the documents indicate Davis would owe about $2,200 a month under the standard calculation, but Andretta claims Davis earns well over $150,000 a month and says that should support a higher amount.
Andretta also says that she has been unemployed since giving birth and that Davis has been providing financial support for her and their daughter. Bossip previously reported that she filed a lawsuit over support and custody in which she alleged Davis pressured her for “seductive favors” in exchange for supporting their child. Davis has denied those claims. According to Bossip, he had not yet responded to the new child support request.
The former couple has reportedly agreed to joint custody, with Andretta having primary physical custody. These are claims made in court filings and have not been proven.
