A Burger King employee in Tennessee was arrested at the start of 2020 after police say she pointed a gun at a customer who complained about a wrong drive thru order.
According to police, Oderrial, 38, began cursing and yelling at the customer after the customer came inside to ask about the order. A witness told police that Oderrial then took out a gun and pointed it at the customer. She was reportedly seen putting the gun in a bag and handing it to an unidentified person in the parking lot.
Shortly afterward she was taken into custody and charged with aggravated assault. The charge is an allegation, and she has not been convicted.
A Burger King spokesperson said the company takes the safety of everyone at its restaurants very seriously, that the behavior does not reflect its expectations, and that the franchisee is cooperating with authorities and has terminated the employee.
