Pop Smoke’s family is preparing to bring him home to Brooklyn for a private home going service.
According to TMZ, the family is wrapping up some of the last pieces of business before they transport his body back home to Brooklyn.
The family has planned an exclusive service for prayers and grief at a Brooklyn church. A larger memorial is being prepared for a later date.
The sources also told TMZ that the family is still “reeling” from the 20-year-old’s death and are desperately seeking answers from the LAPD.
The family is also trying to finish business with the Brooklyn rapper’s record label and his lawyers before they leave the west coast and head back to New York.
