Hulu will stream Oscar-winning movie Parasite exclusively in the U.S.
The South Korean film will be available on the streaming service beginning April 8, according to Deadline.
Hulu secured the streaming rights to “Parasite” after striking a multi-year licensing agreement with distributor Neon back in 2017, which means all of Neon’s films will be streamed exclusively on the service after they are released in theaters.
Parasite won big at this month’s Academy Awards, taking home Oscars for best picture, best international film, best director, and best original screenplay for director Bong Joon Ho.
It made history as the first foreign film to ever take home the best picture honor and swept awards season at the Golden Globes, SAG Awards, and Cannes Film Festival.
The movie has grossed more than $204 million worldwide so far, according to Deadline, with sales spiking after the Oscar win.
