Lira Galore says her ex, Quality Control CEO Pee Thomas, was threatening during their child custody hearing and wants a judge to force Thomas to undergo a psychological evaluation before seeing their daughter.
The ongoing battle between Thomas and Galore started online and has escalated to the courtroom, as the two have just finished up a hearing in their child support and custody case over their daughter, #Khaleesi. The former couple’s hearing took place last month, and Galore claims Thomas was threatening and harassed her while there. She also said that Thomas intimidated her and took pictures of her during the hearing.
Bossip reports that Galore was terrified by Thomas’s behavior and asked a judge to issue a restraining order that would ban Thomas from coming within 100 feet of her. She also asked the court to force Thomas to undergo a psychiatric evaluation before he is allowed to be around their baby girl. In the documents that were filed last week, Thomas denied Galore’s claims of “menacing behavior” but mentioned that the two did sit across from one another. However, the record label owner said he did not take pictures of Galore.
Thomas says the only interaction he had with Galore is when he asked her for parenting time with Khaleesi, but she told him they would have to resolve the issue through court because he initiated the lawsuit. Thomas denied ever raising his voice at her during their conversation. As a result, Thomas wants the judge to drop Galore’s restraining order request and her demand for him to be psychologically evaluated.
Thomas filed the lawsuit against Galore earlier this year over custody of their daughter, and Galore countersued Thomas for $50 million, claiming that he physically abused her during their pregnancy. But Thomas denies the accusations and maintained that he never displayed any “deplorable behavior.” The judge in the hearing has yet to make a ruling.
