Producer London On Da Track has reportedly filed another lawsuit involving a child he believes is his, according to Bossip.
The newest suit names a woman identified as Eboni and says London believes her 18 month old daughter is his. In the filing, he asks for a DNA test and says he has financially supported and cared for the child for some time. Bossip reports that London says he is now more financially and physically able to raise a child. He is asking for primary custody, sole say over her health care and education, and child support from Eboni while the girl is in his care.
The filing follows other court cases London is involved in. Bossip reports that a woman named Dayira filed a suit against him claiming he abandoned her and their son, who was born in 2019. She is asking for child support above state guidelines because of his income. London had not responded to that suit at the time of the report.
In a separate case, London is seeking custody of a son with a woman named Erica. According to Bossip, she filed a countersuit alleging London threatened to stop covering the boy’s medical needs unless the child stayed with London’s mother in Indiana. These are claims made in court filings, and none of the cases had been decided.
A judge reportedly told London and Eboni to try mediation before the summer. Baller Alert has not seen a public statement from London about the filings.
