Joe Exotic Is Requesting A Presidential Pardon From Trump; Joe Believes He’s Been Wrongfully Convicted In The Murder For Hire Plot

Convicted felon and new Netflix star, Joe Exotic, who is currently serving a 22-year prison sentence for attempting to hire a hitman to take out his adversary Carole Baskin, is asking for a presidential pardon from Trump.

Sources connected to Joe tell TMZ that Joe’s legal team out of Ft. Worth, Texas is preparing a case file that will be given to Trump, with claims that Joe was wrongly convicted for the conspiracy to hire a hitman to murder Carole Baskin.

Previously, Trump told reporters he wasn’t aware of Joe’s case or the documentary but said he would ”take a look.”

Tiger King was a massive hit for the streaming platform, gaining more views during its first week than any other Netflix series.

Recent reports claim Nicholas Cage will play the Joe Exotic in an eight-part TV series based on the Texas Monthly article “Joe Exotic: A Dark Journey Into the World of a Man Gone Wild.”
