Mr. Homecoming Turns 42: Celebrating Boosie's Birthday and the Hits That Still Set Off the Party

It seems like rapper Lil Boosie, 37, can’t catch a break.

Earlier this week, Boosie was criticized for his parental skills after he admitted to bringing in an adult woman to perform sexual acts on his tween son and nephew. Making matters worse, a Bossip exclusive released today, claims the Georgia Department of Human Services is in the process of suing the rapper for financially failing to provide for his daughter Lyric Beyoncé.

Gelisa Hayes, the mother of Lyric Beyoncé, complained that the “Wipe Me Down” lyricist was not supporting their 11-year-old daughter, this prompted the state’s Special Assistant Attorney General Don Snow, to file suit on her behalf.

Bossip obtained court papers stating that Hayes and the state want immediate child support of a “reasonable amount” and for Boosie’s wages to be garnished, along with health and accident insurance for the girl. If the Baton Rouge native denies paternity, then he can take a DNA test through the state.

According to the report, Boosie has not responded to the lawsuit, despite documentation showing that he was successfully served at both his mansion and “Bad Azz Entertainment” headquarters.

The hearing scheduled for this week was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Due to federal law, a spokeswoman at the Georgia Department of Human Services was unable to comment.

At the time of the report, according to Bossip, the rapper did not have a lawyer of representation listed for this matter.
