Lira Galore is preparing to interview the father of her child and Quality Control Music CEO Pierre’ Pee’ Thomas in their ongoing child support and child custody case.
According to BOSSIP, Galore filed court documents this week, stating that she intends to have Thomas share his testimony in his case over the former couple’s daughter. The meeting is scheduled for next month via the Zoom app, and Galore’s legal team wants Thomas to answer a variety of questions that may be used against him as evidence in Galore’s case.
In addition to Thomas being interviewed, Galore also plans to depose several witnesses, including her therapist and officers from a local police department. Galore and Thomas have been duking it out in court for the past few months. Thomas sued for custody of their daughter, Khaleesi, claiming Galore is an unfit mother who uses drugs like cocaine even during her pregnancy. Galore accused Thomas of abusing her during her pregnancy in her suit against him. However, Thomas claims Galore worked with a pimp against him.
Galore has added that Thomas hides his money to evade high child support payments and used to shower her with gifts after abusing her. Not only does Galore say Thomas has beaten her, but she also accused Thomas of beating his own mother.
The case is ongoing.
