More bad news for Aaron Hernandez. He has been indicted by a Grand Jury for the shooting of Alexander Bradley, the man who allegedly witnessed the double homicide he will soon be on trial for.  You may recall Bradley is the friend Hernandez shot in the face after leaving a Florida strip club. Bradley previously filed a civil suit against Hernandez.

So, if you’ve been keeping up that’s one guilty conviction with a life sentence for the murder of Odin Lloyd, a double homicide charge and now a charge against him under the witness intimidation law.

The witness was Hartford resident Alexander Bradley, who filed a civil suit against Hernandez accusing him of shooting him in the eye in Florida in February 2013. Bradley was in the car with the former Patriots tight end the night of the drive-by shooting in Boston, prosecutors have said.

“Hernandez allegedly shot him in the face on the morning of Feb. 13, 2013, and left him to die on the side of the road in Riviera Beach, Florida, after the witness made a remark about the homicides,” Jake Wark, a spokesman for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office, said in a statement released Monday. Bradley was not identified by name in the press release, but his identity is clear from court records.
