You want to look amazing in your bikini this Summer so you can get a lot of likes on your Instagram posts, but you don’t have time to work out/ eat right? I get it, I get it. I have a bag full of loop holes ladies, listen up.
Working out and eating right is the fastest way to get that Summer body you want and at least 100 likes on Instagram, but with working, comment creeping, hating on others, and wasting money, you just don’t have time.
These tips aren’t going to instantly get you social media fame and a body like Draya, but, they will make you feel better, look a little better, and maybe get you a few follow backs.
1. DRINK WATER.
Drink water, drink water, drink water. Cut out the cheap liquor and 99 cent Arizona teas for a week and tell me how you feel after drinking water. I’m not going to give you some made up number that you HAVE to drink every day, but just be conscious of how much you’re drinking. Buy yourself a jug, they are $1 at the dollar store. Every time it’s empty, fill it up. Water is nasty? Ok, cut up fruit and add it to your water jug. Strawberries, melons, mint, cucumbers are all affordable and they taste great in water. Up-ing your water intake will flush some of that hate and fast food out of your system.
2. FRUITS AND VEGGIES
I know everyone is not a fan of these, but hear me out. Replace an unhealthy snack with a helping of a fruit or vegetable. So instead of packing that bag of chips, pack a zip lock bag of carrot sticks, fruit salad, cucumbers, etc. Again, this isn’t going to make you Beyonce tomorrow, but its an easy start.
3. EXERCISE
Not everyone has time to go to the gym or can afford a gym membership, but shoot, walking outside is free right? Instead of parking up close to the strip club, park in the back, take the stairs instead of the elevator, take the long way to your desk, take a walk around your neighborhood, all of these things are easy, do-able and free. I’m telling you, walking from the back of the strip club parking lot will strengthen your calfs in your six inch heels which = eight more likes on Instagram. The more exercise you do a week, the better. If you can get some jogging/running or any type of cardio in for 30 minutes, that would be great. You can even make it fun with Zumba or just dancing to some good dance music. Believe it or not, twerking burns calories.
Ladies, for the the last time, I can’t promise you a J-Lo body over night, but this is a great start. Summer is right around the corner and I’m trying to get you the most likes possible on Instagram. Take it slow with some light exercise, changing your eating habits, and drinking water and I promise you eight more likes on Instagram!
