Janet Hubert aka Aunt Viv Files Criminal Charges Kenya Moore

You may recall Janet Hubert was cast as part of Kenya Moore’s upcoming “Life Twirls On” pilot, but then blasted the RHOA star when she did not receive proper compensation.  Well, according to the actress’ Facebook, she plans to hit Miss Moore where it hurts. 

in a recent post Janet says: “The theft of one’s art seems to be at critical mass if not in the music industry but in all forms of art. A house that is burned down can be re-built, a bone that breaks can be grafted, but reputation and one’s name cannot. I use Facebook as my form of communication and friendship, so that the media cannot spin anymore wicked webs. I tell you this because I am proud to be the fighter that I am. I have filed criminal fraud charges against Kenya Moore for falsifying official time sheets, and signing them in my name. 
If you come at ME, I Will… meet you at the door. You can steal my money, art, you can steal my image… but I draw the line in the sand with stealing my identity. Ms. Moore may live in the Reality Realm, but some of us live in the real world. There are reactions to every action, and for a criminal action, this is my only recourse.”

It seems that Janet was not the only person who did not receive payment. A commenter explained that she was an extra in Kenya’s new show and didn’t get paid either. The commenter says,  “I was an extra at the wedding scene and I myself never got paid and it’s said because I’ve done extra work all my life and once I got on set I knew something was weird because it wasn’t professional. I have tried to email to see if they were paying and got no response. I hope you get paid, your money and your a great actress I’ve always liked you.”

Janet has been complaining about this for months. It looks like she is not playing around.
