If you don’t have anything nice to say, WRITE IT!Ā Well at least that’s what Tamah Jada Clark did on April 20th, in a filing to the Georgia judge presiding over her federal case.
The whole ordeal began five years ago when Clark showed up outside ofĀ a South Georgia jail whereĀ the father of herĀ child was being held.Ā Tamah wasĀ taken into custody after Pelham police found an AK-47 assault rifle, a .45 caliberĀ pistol, her 1-year-old son, and wildernessĀ survival gear in her car.
Both Tamah and her child’s father were charged with conspiring to aidĀ in an attempted escape. Ā Even with testimony describing phone conversations where the couple planned out the attempted jailbreak, there is no record at this time of either being convicted for the offense.
Clark later filed a $10 billion lawsuit inĀ 2014 against Georgia officials for what she claims was “a wrongful arrest, kidnapping, involuntary servitude and several other serious violations of U.S. law and of international agreements”.
On March 31st Judge Willis B. Hunt, Jr. dismissed Clark’s lawsuit claiming it was “nonsensical”Ā and wasĀ filed beyond the two-year expiration timeĀ in which such a claim can be submitted.
Clark retaliated byĀ turning inĀ a nine-page,Ā curse word filled court notice entitled “To F— This Court and Everything That It Stands For.”Ā In this tiradeĀ released last week sheĀ calledĀ Judge HuntĀ “an oldĀ -BLEEPIN’- geezer” andĀ added he was on aĀ “one-way ticket to hell”, among other things.
Abby OhlheiserĀ writer forĀ The Washington PostĀ had this to sayĀ about Clark’s written work:Ā “Grab the beverage of your choice, sit down in a comfortable chair and hold on to your butts, because you are about to read what is probably the greatest federal court filing in the history of the universe.” Click the following linkĀ to read the entire controversial letterĀ for yourself.
… Mind you both Clark and her husband still have pending charges.
