Redskins Desean Jackson Lands New BET Reality Show

If you haven’t heard by now BET is officially on its way to a makeover, consisting of close to 20 new star studded shows,movies, news programs, and specials. The new and improved channel is set to include features from big names including, Roc Nation Sports, Pusha T, Brandy, Kelly Rowland, and you guessed it… Desean Jackson.

Jackson, of the Washington Redskins, will reportedly be the star of a new reality show titled ‘Desean Jackson: Home Team.’ The show is set to be centered aound the 3-time Pro-Bowler and the the women in his life. Keep calm guys, those women being his mother/manager Gayle, his sister/assistant A’Dreea, his publicist Denise, and his girlfriend Kayla. (Sweet right?)

Now of course, like any other time an athlete ventures out, this move by Desean Jackson has caused mixed reviews and a bit of a stir. Some people are excited to see a cloer look at the star’s life, while others feel that an athlete’s focus should be solely on the game.
