This Ciara and Russell Wilson thing may be getting serious. Not only were the two spotted together at a Seattle Mariners game, but fans say that after the game the two were spotted dining at Pike Place Market. If that’s not enough, Russ is taking Ciara with him to the White House Correspondents Dinner. This is basically a step away from an engagement if you ask me.

On Wednesday, the online media conglomerate released its partial guest list for Saturday’s White House Correspondents dinner and it includes the Superbowl winner “and his date Ciara.” Record scratch. Not Wilson (return key, new line, bullet point) and pop songstress Ciara Princess Harris, but Wilson and “his date” Ciara.
This is kind of big deal, if only because AOL has seeming confirmed in a completely innocuous e-mail what the Internet has been buzzing about for three days.
Russell is divorced. Ciara is nursing a heartbreak of her own. These two may be just what each other needs. I’m here for it.
